Report a bug in ArmyFit

If a screen or feature is not working as expected, send a bug report with enough detail for the team to reproduce it.

1. Open Dashboard and tap the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Under Support, tap Report a Bug.
3. Enter a short subject, such as “Calculate button does not open my result.”
4. Describe the steps you took, what happened, and what should have happened. The in-app description has a 500-character limit.
5. Tap Submit.

What makes a useful report?

• Name the screen or feature, such as AFT Calculator or Records.
• Include the steps that trigger the problem and any exact error message.
• Say whether it happens every time or only occasionally.

Choose Get Help (Contact Support) when you need a support ticket about your account, subscription, purchase, or missing data. If you need to attach a screenshot, use the website’s support form.

Use Request a Feature for an improvement or new capability. Keep passwords and private account information out of bug descriptions.
